Colleen has been essential to helping me personally get tasks that are challenging off my plate. She is competent in wordpress and e-mail marketing software. She is willing to learn what she doesn’t know, and tries to figure out the solution before asking for help. She is also great at reminding me when she needs something when life sends me on a detour. She’s just all around great!
